The vision behind IgniteXcellence is leading HR professional Nicolette Barnard. With a career in People & Culture spanning over 3 decades Nicolette was previously the Head of Human Resources for Siemens Australia & New Zealand. Nicolette has also held the role of Head of HR for Africa and the HR regional speaker for Siemens in the ASEAN-Pacific.
During her tenure at Siemens Nicolette has been instrumental in the implementation of Australia’s first Industry 4.0 digital Apprenticeship in collaboration with Swinburne University and Ai Group. This first-of-its-kind apprenticeship has, amongst other accolades, won the National Australian Training Awards.
